I wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I enjoyed working with you and your staff on the remodel of my home. I want to first start by commenting on your staff and subcontractors. They were amazing. Their craftsmanship and knowledge was evident throughout the building process. As with any remodel, things come up – like a large unsuspected metal beam in the ceiling. Your crews were able to quickly assess the pros and cons of removing it, and were able to adjust quickly to the design decisions that were made, and execute them flawlessly – even better than anticipated. Additionally, your crews were all exceptionally professional. They were appropriately dressed and were immaculate at cleaning up the work site daily, to include their lunch area. They were always a pleasure to work with and you should take pride in knowing that they represent Sterling Oak amazingly well on a work site.
How do I even start to thank you for everything? You are a terrific person to work with. You were always easy to get in touch with, patient with all of my questions and knowledgeable on all aspects of the remodel. One of the single most impressive things throughout this project was your ability to keep me within my budget. You were terrific at monitoring the bottom line and ensuring that I was always aware of where I was, and all available options, not just the easiest or the most expensive.
My home is gorgeous. It is even better than I though it could be. Gary, you should take great pride in your company, your contractors and yourself. You are a person of great integrity and professionalism. I truly felt like a part of the family throughout the re-construction project, and even now, if I have a question, you always take time to assist me. I had always been told that remodeling a house is an incredibly painful undertaking; this was simply not the case working with you. I cannot thank you enough for everything.
